What’s the difference between "Report Abuse" and "File a Complaint"?
Report Abuse is for content violations — fake profiles, spam, inappropriate posts, or misleading listings. File a Complaint is for transaction and service issues — poor installation, non-delivery, billing disputes, or warranty problems.
Will the company know I reported them?
Your identity is kept confidential. We never share reporter details with the company being investigated.
What actions can Attafly take?
Depending on the severity, we may issue a warning, remove the content, suspend or permanently ban the company, or escalate to law enforcement for fraud or criminal activity.
Can I check the status of my report?
